If you are a user on the site you can elect to sell your contact info for any VU count you would like. Once a concierge purchases your contact it is plausible that the user may contact you to query interest. Furtherly they may contact you to engage promotion. You can choose to stay private however entering the contact exchange is a good idea to gain VUs and start entering the competitions. Tiers are 1 10 100 so starting at the low end is much like trying your hand at promoting something. The next levels are confidence levels with better rewards which are tabulated by multiplying entrants by tier level value.
